Think a performance calendar — but lazily smart

Part 2 of my trackmymoolah series - Check out Part 1 here!
Learning is 90% on the job and I’ve always kept logs to reflect. But in a full-time role, by day’s end I’m too tired to track anything… come perf review season (or even just last week??!) I’m scrambling to recall what mattered 😔
Instead of logging every single day, I prompt once a week just one bulk reflection and my Notion api+ai fills the rest 🎉
My day-to-day differs, and it’s not always feasible to log things manually.
So I used Notion api+ai to:
- 🧾 Take a single bulk prompt each week (via Telegram)
- 🤖 Let an LLM generate summaries + emojis that reflect tone and content
- 📅 Auto-update my Notion calendar with structured entries
- 📊 Build a trackable dataset that can help answer: “Did I meet my learning goals this month?” (Let me know if you want to see this!)
It's fast, context-aware, and makes reflection actually usable — not just a good intention
